1. Accept the terms

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services.

2. intellectual property rights

All content and software materials designed by us remain the property of AttasTech Foundation until full payment is received in accordance with the contract. Upon project delivery and payment, ownership is transferred to the client, as agreed.

3. revisions

Each client is entitled to three (3) attempts to modify each page during the development phase of the website or application, plus three (3) additional attempts after the project is launched (website publishing or application delivery).

After the specified number of attempts has been exhausted, any additional modifications will be subject to an additional fee agreed upon in advance.

4. Warranty and technical support

The warranty covers problems or errors caused by us, plus three modification adapters. The customer loses the right to warranty and free technical support if the code is modified by a third party other than our team, whether partially or completely. If the customer wishes to perform subsequent maintenance, they can request a paid maintenance service from us to ensure continued technical support and protect the project. The warranty period begins from the date of project delivery for the first year free of charge, after which a 3-month package is offered for SAR 500.
